3.5.1. Bent shaft

Bent shaft (fig. 3.15): five-basic, axial movement is limited to the fourth radical bearing. On the forward end of a bent shaft there are two
mobile shponochny connections, internal of which serves for the drive of the oil pump.
External connection bears on itself a pulley of a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism and a quencher of tortional fluctuations. The pressed spline serves for the correct orientation of a bent shaft at assembly of the engine and for fixing from a provorachivaniye of a flange of a pulley of the drive of the additional equipment. Key parameters of a bent shaft are specified in tab. 3.9.
For ensuring selective assembly of the engine inserts of radical bearings are broken into three groups which are marked in three flowers: yellow, blue and red.
The block of the engine and bent shaft by the sizes of beds and necks are also broken into three groups and are marked by letters A, B and Page. Marking is put on a back part of the engine and on a cheek of a bent shaft.
Selection is carried out according to tab. 3.10.
