10.5.2. Cleaning of contact plugs and nests

It is impossible to process sockets of the oxygen probe and a combination priborovaerozoly for cleaning of oxides and lubricant.

Cleaning order:
1) switch off ignition
2) blow the disconnected socket compressed air.

3) process an aerosol for cleaning of oxides 116 1034-2 both parts of the socket (fig. 10.7).

4) grease contact nests (fig. 10.8). Squeeze out lubricant 1161417-9 directly in contact nests from a tube. Be convinced of filling of all nests of the socket.

Do not fill all case with lubricant.

5) check reliability of contact of a nest by means of the separate plug (fig. 10.9). At easy twitching the plug has to remain on the place.
