8.2.10. Replacement of the stabilizer of cross stability

For replacement of the stabilizer:
— turn out bolts of fastening of the stabilizer of cross resistance to a rack and to a body;

— remove a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability. The rack of the stabilizer of cross stability is replaced without removal of the stabilizer of cross stability. For removal of need turn off a nut, having fixed the spherical hinge by means of a key hexagon (fig. 8.26). At installation of a rack it is necessary to apply new nuts and to tighten their moment 45 N · m.

— establish a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability for what put a fixing bolt of a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability, tighten it so that length of the speaker of the end with a carving made 3 — 5 mm, then establish a bolt of fastening of the stabilizer of cross resistance to a body and tighten its moment 25 N · m (fig. 8.27).
