5.8.2. Removal of the mechanism of gear shifting and replacement of details

For replacement of details of the mechanism execute the following operations:

a) separate a bar of gear shifting and the coulisse (fig. 5.50):
— take out an axial bolt and disconnect a gear shifting bar;
— process details anticorrosive structure.
Be accurate with sealing rings and plastic plugs;

— remove a protective cover from a tunnel (fig. 5.51);
— turn out fastening bolts together with rings;
— remove the gear shifting mechanism, having turned it on 90 ° up.
b) replace a rubber sealing element of a support of the lever of gear shifting:
— delay all casing of the mechanism down;
— to a vypressuyta rubber fingers from a casing also remove a rubber element;
— establish a new rubber element in a casing and press in it rubber fingers;

— lift a casing and press rubber fingers (fig. 5.52);

c) remove the lower plate of 2 (fig. 5.53):
— remove a rubber element 3 from a gear shifting mechanism plate;
— remove a rubber element over the gear shifting lever;

d) remove locks of the lever of gear shifting (fig. 5.54):
— note position of the lock of the 5th transfer;
— turn out bolts and remove locks;
— turn off a nut;
— remove a plate and a spring;

e) remove the gear shifting lever from the central casing (fig. 5.55):
— turn off a nut and take out a bolt;
— remove a casing;
— remove the gear shifting lever;

e) remove bearings of the lever of gear shifting (fig. 5.56): plastic plugs, rubber element and sealing rings;

g) remove the bearing of the central casing (fig. 5.57):
— turn out a bolt, and then remove the rubber plug;
— remove the central casing with the bearing plug;
— remove the rubber plug;
— clear and check the details discarded replace;
h) collect knots as it should be, the return to removal. Pay attention to installation of the lock of the 5th transfer: execute installation precisely on the mark made when dismantling;
i) check adjustment of the lever of gear shifting: install the gear shifting lever in the provision of the 1st transfer; the lever of gear shifting has to nestle on the top right lock;

— establish length of the acting part of the lever about 8 mm;
— slightly wring out the lever to the right;
— insert a bolt of a bar of gear shifting and tighten its moment 24 N · m.
