5.5. Adjustment of a pedal of coupling

For ensuring full switching off of coupling check and regulate the provision of a pedal of coupling:
a) adjust coupling pedal height:

— weaken a lock-nut of 2 (fig. 5.12) of a persistent bolt;
— screw or turn out a persistent bolt to the necessary situation: pedal height from a floor has to be 163,5 mm;
— tighten a lock-nut the moment of 13 N · m;

       NOTE
During adjustment it is impossible to press a pusher into the main cylinder of coupling.

— tighten a pusher lock-nut the moment of 13 N · m;
— be convinced that the free wheeling of a pedal of coupling is in limits of 6 — 13 mm;
— squeeze out a pedal of coupling and measure its course to a floor: it has to be 140 mm.
If the above-stated adjusting sizes were not received, existence in hydraulic system of air is possible or coupling (the main cylinder of coupling) is damaged.
Pump over hydraulic system of coupling or check all details.
